Processing Time

Please note that processing times may increase during launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

1942 by JV is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 1942 by JV is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file any necessary claims.
